    The setup was perfect for our large family, with easy access to the beach and a fantastic pool area. We particularly loved visiting the nearby ethical elephant sanctuary . The staff were attentive and the private pool in our villa was a highlight.

    For dads, it would be great if the restaurant had extended hours.

    This was a very nice trip, I didn't feel like leaving. The hotel was stylish, had lovely views and marvellous location short walk to restaurant, spa and the beach, Chaweng and Chong mong beach and a Fisherman's Market which is worth doing. Enjoyable and superb breakfast was a bonus. The pool was nice and I had complimentary drinks in the pool bar.

    Personalized boutique service. Central yet secluded location. Prompt staff service. iPod docks were a convenience. Personal plunge pools are great!

    Spa is very pricey. All restaurants are together thus lack individual theme.

    The hotel is brand new with very clean and light bungalows. The beach is private. The staff tries to make your stay as comofortable as possible - they are friendly and helpful. There's spa on site so you don't need to go somewhere out.

    There are a lot of shrp stones underwater so you have to be very carefull with swimming in the sea.

    Our time here was fantastic! We enjoyed unwinding by the amazing outdoor pool and soaking up the sun on the beach loungers. The only minor hiccup was a slight noise from the air conditioning at times, but it didn't really bother us. 🌊

    * the villas doors not sealed so insect can go inside. *even its a known problem in samui island - in this price level resort, i expect to get a stable hot water shower whenever i want, its acute problem - please find a solution.

    The welcome at Saii was excellent. The staff greeted me with cool towels and cold tea after a long journey. My room, the Beautiful Pool Villa, was spacious, with beautiful furnishings and a large, comfortable bed. The pool outside was refreshing, perfect for cooling down after sunbathing. The private beach area had picturesque views, but at low tide, it was rocky and not ideal for lounging, disappointing. I enjoyed the array of breakfast choices, especially the freshly made pastries and fruits. The cocktails at the bar were great. Staff was attentive, especially Da in the restaurant, who noticed when I needed something. I appreciated the app they provided for quick communication with reception. The food and drink prices felt a bit steep, although the 15% pre-pay discount helped lessen the blow. A small note on cleanliness-while my room was generally well-kept, the patio could have used a more thorough cleaning, and housekeeping was inconsistent about timing and thoroughness. The accommodations were lovely, but the location felt a little isolated-taxis to nearby attractions added up.

    your staff on reception were great and so helpful as were your people that cleaned our room.

    the service at breakfast time was very poor,the staff did'nt understand and sometimes you did'nt get what you ordered,having no drawers in the room to put your underware in.
